The Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST) is well known as a validated, time-tested, web-based, data-rich, HIPPA-compliant tool that identifies health risks in people with intellectual
and developmental disabilities (IDD). But did you know that
the HRST is being leveraged in provider agencies and state
agencies nationwide to support other data-driven
activities and processes?

In addition to serving as a 24/7 source of web-based information about a person’s health risk,data from the HRST is being leveraged to:
