Incident reports tell us what happened after something went wrong. Prevention begins when we use health information, daily observations, staff knowledge, and incident trends to recognize risk earlier and act before harm occurs.
In this webinar, participants will learn practical ways to identify patterns behind falls, choking events, medication concerns, behavioral changes, emergency room visits, and hospitalizations. We'll also explore new data showing which practices can be implemented to reduce adverse, reportable events and improve health outcomes for the people we support.
