Pricing Plan Overview
The cost of licensing the Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST) is based on the number of people supported and a “per person” pricing model. The term “person” refers to any individual whose HRST data has been entered and is stored within the system. *Rates reflect 2025 pricing.
The price includes the HRST web-based software and all related services listed below:
- Hosted Application Services: Includes all software, licenses, and infrastructure.
- Initial Data Load: Transfer all needed data to the server.
- Initial Implementation Services: Includes consulting services, installation, testing, Rater/clinical training, and rollout to all participating entities.
- Application Maintenance: Includes periodic system and application software upgrades and patches.
- Technical/Clinical Support: Clinical support includes assistance with questions concerning data entry, ratings, and other uses of the screening tool. Technical support assists with issues related to database and web-based functions of the tool, user accounts, etc.
- HRST Online Trainings: Available 24/7 and can be accessed as often as needed with no limit to the number of users.
- Ad Hoc and Custom Reports: Reports are created and placed on the application menu to run repeatedly as needed.
