I.T. Support Manager

The IT Support Manager will lead and oversee the IT support team, ensuring efficient operation of the IT help desk and providing high-quality technical support to end-users across the organization. This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the IT support team, developing and implementing support procedures, and ensuring that IT support services meet the needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT support processes, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT support specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of service delivery.
Incident Management: Oversee the ticketing system (Zoho Desk), ensuring incidents and service requests are handled efficiently and within agreed SLAs. Monitor, track, and prioritize incoming requests to provide timely resolutions.

General Manager Duties (all IA managers)

Review and respond to time off requests.
Review and respond to employee requisitions.

The minimum education and experience requirements for this position are:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in a supervisory role.

Person-Centered Services Manager

IntellectAbility is seeking a Person-Centered Thinking Manager. This position requires the applicant to be a Person-Centered Thinking Trainer currently credentialed by the Learning Community for Person-Centered Practices (TLCPCP). The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in training TLCPCP’s approved curriculum and be proficient with technology as the training is delivered virtually via Zoom. The content trainer should be comfortable with Zoom and with virtual training generally.

This position also requires strong and proven managerial skills. This position will manage both IntellectAbility PCS staff, and contractors, as well as oversee IntellectAbility PCS clients to ensure proper and effective use of our person-centered services as well as oversee PCS support.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

General Manager Duties (all IA managers)

  • Review and respond to time off requests.
  • Monitor the work schedules of your juniors.
  • Review Daily Reports of juniors.
  • Participate in the “needs and wants” step of Non-E.
  • Review payroll before submission.
  • Conduct timely employee reviews and make recommendations.

PCS Trainer-Specific Duties:

  • Be well-versed in the software programs used to facilitate all PCS services.
  • Be a backup trainer, as needed, if assigned staff are unavailable to deliver training.
  • Review all attendee pre-training activities within 72 hours of the live training date.
  • Conduct the various PCS trainings professionally and upbeat using only the approved TLCPCP content and curriculum.
  • Support all trainees in completing their electronic Person-Centered and One-page descriptions before certification.

Client Services Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented person in the service division who is committed to ensuring client success. This position is vital to ensuring the smooth transition from sales to attending the purchased service. Additionally, this position requires the person to be cross-trained to provide technical support to our trainers and participants engaged in a variety of Person-Centered Services offered by IntellectAbility. Doing so requires the person to be comfortable using platform services such as Zoom. This person must be highly organized and detail-oriented.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Logistics:

  • Work collaboratively with the Person-Centered Services Manager to coordinate and schedule training(s) both onsite and via a digital platform.
  • Be intimately knowledgeable about each client’s uniqueness and needs related to training their staff, the required documentation, and pre/post-training requirements.
  • Ensure the appropriate supply of training materials are on hand and shipped to training locations on time for any live training occurrences.
  • Coordinate with the Person-Centered Services Manager to meet all ongoing training needs and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain the training availability calendar that is used to provide actual and potential clients with possible dates for training.

Client-Specific Duties:

  • Communicate all registration, pre-training, and participation requirements accurately to ensure that anticipated participants in any PCS training are successful.
  • Keep in close contact with each client’s point of contact for ongoing training needs.
  • Transmit accurate, consistent client data regarding PCS participation.
  • Work with the PCS Manager to forecast training availability based on trainer and staff availability.
  • Attend all PCS-related kickoff calls and coordinate scheduling of training and training expectations.

Miscellaneous:

  • As needed and directed by the PCS Manager, attend virtual trainings and perform the duties of the Person-Centered Support Representative in a professional and upbeat manner.
  • Maintain all client training records, ensuring they are easily accessible for any auditing requests.
  • Triage any requests for assistance that come into the PCS Support line.

Learning & Development Project Manager

IntellectAbility is looking for a project manager for the Instructional Design division who will be responsible for ensuring the company’s eLearning content is developed and deployed successfully. This role oversees the intake, development, and delivery process throughout the curriculum creation and deployment life-cycle. As part of that process, this individual will create, implement, and maintain necessary workflows and procedures that expedite all phases of project intake, development, and delivery. This role will develop and execute communication strategies both internally and with clients to collect necessary information, provide project updates, and report on status of deliverables.

This role reports to the Director of Instructional Design and interacts extensively with both external and internal subject matter experts, instructional designers, multimedia specialists, IT developers, and leadership across multiple departments.

This individual will support the Director and the instructional design team to ensure that the learning outcomes in the developed courses satisfy the initial requirements as outlined by the clients in the SOW. This role will also monitor and assess the effectiveness of deployed courses through feedback, metrics, and performance evaluations, making recommendations as necessary.

  • Create, implement, and maintain workflow processes for the division and oversee their effectiveness
  • Manage intake and delivery for all eLearning course development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during early project phases to determine desired learning outcomes, establish and oversee a cycle of review and feedback during course development
  • Outline and manage project timelines, providing status reports throughout the intake, development, and deployment life-cycle
  • Serve as project liaison between the instructional designers and stakeholders
  • Test and evaluate eLearning content to ensure the course mechanics function correctly within the LMS test environment prior to deployment; provide any necessary feedback to the design team
  • Review the content throughout the development phases to ensure the learning outcomes satisfy the requirements as originally outlined in the SOW
  • Create and maintain reporting for leadership that show instructional designer resource capacity & utilization
  • Analyze and evaluate the overall learning effectiveness of courses (post-deployment) and provide ROI analysis for internal leadership
  • Conduct client meetings and generate weekly project updates.
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with a project

Senior Instructional Designer

IntellectAbility is seeking a skilled Senior Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences which transfer knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and captivating manner. This role requires the candidate to have a high level of experience in instructional design theories, content analysis, curriculum development, and familiarity with eLearning tools.

As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for incorporating instructional design principles and technologies when developing instructional materials. Your expertise in curriculum development and instructional strategies will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning experiences.
In this role, you will oversee design workflows, evaluate course design, and apply best practices related to creating, implementing, and evaluating learning experiences. The Senior Instructional Designer also ensures the team successfully delivers products by their deadlines, provides status reporting, maintains instructional design records, and communicates with stakeholders to promote collaboration and accountability.

This role reports to the Director of Instructional Design and interacts extensively with clients, subject matter experts, other instructional designers, multimedia specialists, IT developers, and leadership across multiple departments.

  • Recommend effective learning solutions with stakeholders and ensure alignment on learning outcomes, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Maintain currency in the field of online learning, including recent technology and industry trends.
  • Consult with the divisional Director to recommend, revise, and create new content development strategies that improve the learning experience.
  • Provide guidance to instructional designers within the team on the design, development, evaluation, and revision of the courses they develop, including providing input on course modality, high-impact learning practices, Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and accessibility issues, and effective assessment strategies. 
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with a project.

The minimum education and experience requirements for this position are:

  • 5+ years creating training material especially using eLearning as a primary delivery method.
  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or equivalent experience. Master’s degree in instructional design preferred.
  • Expertise and competencies in the areas of instructional design, the practice of educational development, and adult learning theory are required.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Graphic design and multimedia development skills required.
  • Strong knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods.

Multimedia Specialist

IntellectAbility is seeking a skilled Multimedia Specialist who will play a crucial role in supporting the Instructional Design team by creating high-quality multimedia content that enhances the learning experience. This includes the development of graphics, animations, videos, interactive elements, and other digital assets for a variety of instructional materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia production, a keen eye for design, and a passion for helping others learn.

This individual will report directly to the divisional Director and will support the instructional design team to ensure that the learning outcomes in the developed courses satisfy the initial requirements as outlined by the client during the intake process. This role will also monitor and assess the effectiveness of deployed courses through feedback, metrics, and performance evaluations

  • Collaborate with instructional designers to develop multimedia content that aligns with learning objectives and enhances instructional materials.
  • Create engaging graphics, animations, and videos using software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
  • Develop interactive elements such as simulations, infographics, and quizzes to support online and blended learning environments.
  • Edit and optimize audio and video content for clarity, quality, and engagement.
  • Ensure all multimedia content adheres to company branding and design standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Nurse – Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST) Rater

We seek a detail-oriented person in the service division committed to ensuring each client’s timelines and guidelines are followed and met for their HRST Screening process. The person in this position will fill the role of the HRST Rater and be knowledgeable in the client’s and IntellectAbility’s standards. This person will be responsible for logistics related to the HRST screening process, including outreach to the provider to schedule a meeting time to complete the screen, completion of the HRST screening and any other client-specific forms, and provide the necessary guidance to the provider agency so they can accurately capture the data required to complete the screening process.

The primary duty of the HRST Rater is to complete screenings on select persons served as directed. The Rater will be responsible for outreach to the Provider agency to schedule a time with the staff member who knows the person best to complete the screening process.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Logistics:

  • Secure and schedule meetings with the provider agency and staff member(s) who know the person to be screened and are best suited to answer questions related to the HRST screening process.

Client Specific Duties:

  • Complete all assigned training related to the client’s HRST screening process (if applicable).
  • Ensure the provider has the data gathering tools required to ensure a seamless, remote HRST screening.
  • Complete accurate HRST screenings as trained by IntellectAbility on select Persons Served per the client’s HRST screening guidelines.
  • Respond within the client’s prescribed HRST screening guidelines to the Clinical Reviewer as necessary.
  • Report to IntellectAbility and the client any deviances from the client’s HRST screening process.

Miscellaneous:

  • Support Provider agencies that collect the data to complete the HRST screening process.
  • Complete 1-3 HRST screenings daily.
  • Complete all ongoing IntellectAbility and client-specific training as needed to remain up-to-date.
  • Maintain an Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
  • Other related duties as assigned by the manager.

The minimum education and experience requirements for this position are:

  • A Registered Nurse with an Active, unencumbered license.
  • The nurse must be licensed in a State that recognizes the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)

This person will be responsible for logistics related to the HRST screening process, including outreach to the provider to schedule a meeting time to complete the screen, completion of the HRST screening and any other client-specific forms, and provide the necessary guidance to the provider agency so they can accurately capture the data required to complete the screening process.

The primary duty of the HRST Rater is to complete screenings on select persons served as directed. The Rater will be responsible for outreach to the Provider agency to schedule a time with the staff member who knows the person best to complete the screening process.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Logistics:

  • Secure and schedule meetings with the provider agency and staff member(s) who know the person to be screened and are best suited to answer questions related to the HRST screening process.

Client Specific Duties:

  • Complete all assigned training related to the client’s HRST screening process (if applicable).
  • Ensure the provider has the data gathering tools required to ensure a seamless, remote HRST screening.
  • Complete accurate HRST screenings as trained by IntellectAbility on select Persons Served per the client’s HRST screening guidelines.
  • Respond within the client’s prescribed HRST screening guidelines to the Clinical Reviewer as necessary.
  • Report to IntellectAbility and the client any deviances from the client’s HRST screening process.

Miscellaneous:

  • Support Provider agencies that collect the data to complete the HRST screening process.
  • Complete 1-3 HRST screenings daily.
  • Complete all ongoing IntellectAbility and client-specific training as needed to remain up-to-date.

Director of Instructional Design

As the Director of Instructional Design, you will play a crucial role in establishing and leading our instructional design division. You will be responsible for building and managing a dynamic team of instructional designers who will collaborate on multiple projects to develop high-quality eLearning content. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end process, from responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to managing project completion. This role reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

Team Leadership and Management:

HRST Clinical Review Manager

We are the creators of an online screening tool known as the Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST), used by professionals in the human services field who offer support and services to those with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. A function of the HRST is a quality review process known as the Clinical Review. Clients using the HRST must complete this review for any person screened with a Health Care Level of 3 or higher. Clients can opt to purchase the completion of this review as a service offered by IntellectAbility. IntellectAbility has both employee and contractor nurses hired to complete these reviews for clients.

This position reports directly to the Director of Client Services and is housed in Div4B, Department 12B, Client Production.

Once training is complete, at the direction of the Director of Client Services, the HRST Clinical Review Manager will:

  • Complete the assigned Clinical Reviews accurately and in a timely manner for contracted clients
  • Ensure that all IntellectAbility nurses who complete paid Clinical Reviews are doing so in accordance with timelines and quality standards set by IntellectAbility
  • Monitor all contractual agreements of “no review being outside 14 days”, and any other client specific contractual obligations
  • Collect, review and submit the contract nurses’ hours bi-monthly and compare them to the Clinical Review time log for verification
  • Report billing information monthly to the Director of Client Services and record them in Zoho CRM
  • Track statistics for each client related to the Clinical Review process
  • Interact with clients as needed who have purchased the paid Clinical Review service
  • Regularly meet with juniors to troubleshoot issues, plan, and monitor full compliance with any timeline or requirements of juniors
  • Regularly meet and report out to the Director of Client Services
  • Keep the CRM up to date with accurate notes and ensure that juniors are documenting as well
  • Approve time off for your team.
  • Coordinate the initiation and conclusion of the Clinical Review service for each client
  • Assign/Reassign nurses to complete required Clinical Reviews as necessary

The minimum education and experience requirements for this position are:

  • RN license, active and unincumbered
  • Experience with the HRST
  • Trained Clinical Reviewer with demonstratable proficiency

  • Have experience in the I/DD field
  • Have access to an unfettered, reliable internet connection
  • Have a strong skill set with all Microsoft products – particularly Excel, Word, and Teams

Project Manager

We are seeking an organized Project Manager to join our product and eLearn development team. As a member of the team, you will work alongside our developers and instructional designers to manage named projects and deliverables.

You will work closely with our Director of IT to coordinate shifting priorities and the introduction of new projects/deliverables.  

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and run project plans/meetings/schedules
  • Ensure project deadlines are met
  • Document and follow-up on important actions related to project success
  • Coordinate with management on shifting priorities
  • Maintain tight oversight on all open projects
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders related to their projects of interest
  • Complete research projects as assigned by the Director of IT

  • At least 1-2 years of project management experience

HRST Administrative Service Representative

The Administrative Service Representative position carries the responsibility for ensuring our clients are effectively trained, competent, and productive users of our products and software, namely the Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST).
